In a modern urban resident, the eyes are almost around the clock and quickly get tired. This leads to visual problems. Even those who have not yet complained about pain in the context of the centuries must give themselves a break. This can be done with special exercises. You will strengthen the eye deflection and help you get rid of fatigue.

Like any gymnastics, the eye only leads to a positive result through regularity. It is necessary to follow all recommendations and to follow the number of approaches.

This cargo was developed to prevent eye diseases in Chinese school children. It retains the ability to see and strengthen the nerves, and rather resembles a massage of the eyelids.

The kit contains only four exercises:

  • Step 1. Find the dents over the inner corners of the eyelids. The palms should look up and be open. Then attach four fingers to the forehead. With their thumb, the massage is allowed 25-30 times.

  • Step 4. Place the thumb pillows on the whiskey. Fold the remaining four fingers in a fist. The ankles of the index fingers defeat the eyebrows from the nose to the temples and then describe the arches from the inner corner of the eye according to the outside. Such circles must be made 25-30.

The entire complex does not take longer than 5 minutes.

The functioning muscles enter blood and together with nutrients. But the eye muscles are very small. If you only work with you, you cannot put on enough blood to saturate the visual apparatus with oxygen and nutrients.

Experts advise first to warm up the neck and then the face. Then the blood flow goes into the upper body and reaches the visual organs.

Procedure:

  1. Pull the second chin and turn your head to the left and right to warm up the occipital and cervical muscles.
  2. If you lower the lower jaw to the border, tighten the muscles of the face and imitate the surprise. Then extend your closed lips and click and imitate the pleasure.

Such cycles must be made at least 5.

Already at this point you can find that the vision has become clearer. Now you can go straight to your eyes:

  1. Horizontal reputation and translate apples left to right.
  2. Watch up and down;
